ANNOUNCEMENT

hiring for the following positions:

no. 5 (five) PROFESSIONAL TOURISM ENTERTAINERS - MINI CLUB ENTERTAINERS - FOURTH LEVEL NATIONAL COLLECTIVE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR TOURISM - FULL TIME TEMPORARY FROM 25 MAY 2015 TO 6 SEPTEMBER 2015 with the following economic retribution: a gross monthly salary of € 2,019.00 included in each employment contract =.

The professional hired will be required to carry out the duties indicated below which - depending on the operational and management needs of the Company in regards to carrying out beach activities in the stretches of beach of "Sabbiadoro" that are licensed to Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA, as well as completing entertainment and performances within the area named "mezzaluna" in Piazza Marcello D'Olivo in Lignano Pineta (leased to Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni S.p.a by Lignano Pineta S.p.a) and in the beach area of Lignano Pineta, which corresponds to office 3 - British Flag - are given by way of example but are not limited to:

- carrying out leisure/sport activities for children at the Mini Club, following the guidelines given by the Mini Club coordinating manager;

- actively participating in evening performances

The requirements for being selected and the selection process shall be laid down in the External Employee Hiring Regulations approved by resolution of the Board of Directors on 20/04/2010 and subsequently amended, available athttp://bit.ly/1LKXh4y or a hard copy can be acquired at our headquarters.

The working relationship of this recruitment process is governed by the laws in force concerning employment and social security, as well as Territorial and National collective work contracts for the Tourism sector, except where governed by specific applicable regulations.

A trial period is provided by the Territorial and National Collective Work Contracts applied by the Company.

1. OBBLIGATORY PRE-REQUSITES TO TAKE PART:

The pre-requisites that are listed below are obligatory characteristics that candidates must possess upon the deadline established for the submission of applications, as well as for the conclusion of the job contract and, in particular:

  1. Italian citizenship, or citizenship of a European Union member state; as well as a long term resident in possession of a EC residency permit, as Art. 1 of Italian Legislative Decree 165/2001 as amended by Art. 7 of Law no. 97 of the 06/08/2013;

  1. be no less than eighteen years old and not older than the maximum age laid down by the laws in force for compulsory retirement;
  2. must possess his/her civil and political rights;
  3. adequate knowledge of Italian and spoken knowledge of the following foreign languages: English and/or German;
  4. have the physical requirements to do the job and the duties that must be carried out, which is to be ascertained via a pre-recruitment medical check;
  5. have a high school diploma/certificate;
  6. have completed military service (for those who are subject to such an obligation);
  7. have no criminal convictions or pending criminal proceedings and, more specifically, no convictions for offences under Articles 600-bis, 600-ter, 600-c, 600-d and 609-undecies of the Italian Penal Code or other kinds of penalties involving direct and regular contact with minors. Candidates will be admitted to the public recruitment process subject to proof of the required pre-requisites; Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA reserves the right to request the documentation required to ascertain the requested pre-requisites at any time, as well as the right to directly establish the same;
  8. hold the pre-requisites established in Art.8 of Regional Presidential Decree No. 190 of the 22 May 2001, which are as follows: must be 18 years old and over and in possession of a secondary education qualification or shall have attended the compulsory school and have similar experience of no less than 10 years and of the type required by this recruitment process;
  9. have at least 1 work experience of no less than 3 consecutive months relevant to the tasks for this job

Candidates will be admitted to the public recruitment process subject to proof of the required pre-requisites; Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA reserves the right to request the documentation required to ascertain the requested pre-requisites at any time, as well as the right to directly establish the same.

Failure to hold even one of the aforementioned pre-requisites will result in the candidate being excluded from the recruitment process, which could occur at any time.

With regards to the requirements of section h), it should be noted that candidates must meet the requirements of immunity from criminal convictions involving, according to the current legislation, temporary or permanent exclusion from public office.

Nonetheless, all candidates with prior criminal convictions for premeditated crimes punishable by imprisonment and, in relation to the specific tasks involved in this recruitment process, candidates who have suffered other penalties in the discharge of activities that involve direct or indirect contact with minors or convictions for criminal offences provided for in the Italian Criminal Code as per Articles. 600-bis, 600-ter, 600-c, 600-d and 609-undecies.

2. APPLICATION AND CURRICULUM VITAE:

The recruitment application, written in plain paper in accordance with the attached framework and signed by the candidate under penalty of nullity, must be addressed - under penalty of being excluded from the recruitment process - to LIGNANO SABBIADORO GESTIONI S.p.A, via Latisana 42 – 33054 Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD), Italy. A professional and training curriculum vitae must be attached, which is an integral part of the application and should be prepared on plain paper, preferably in the European format.

A photocopy of a suitable valid ID must be attached to the application.

The application must be delivered in a suitable, closed envelope and countersigned on the closing flap, with the following wording on the outside "Bando assunzione nr.05/2015 - Recruitment Process no. 05/2015" and should give the sender's name. The application should be handed in to the Company's Human Resources Department (from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 4.30 pm, excluding holidays) or sent via registered post with receipt of delivery by, and no later than, 4.00pm on Tuesday 14 April 2015. The postal date of the application is attested to by the postmark and date provided by the post office. Applications sent via registered post with proof of receipt within the aforementioned time limits and received by the company in the next 8 days will also be accepted in due time, by the 22 April 2015.       

When the application is submitted to the Company's Human Resources Department an official receipt will be given.

Applications that are received by the Company beyond the stated time limits, for any reason, will not be taken into consideration.

The company does not assume any responsibility for the loss of applications due to the incorrect address being used by the candidate or due to missed or late communication or mistakes attributable to third parties, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

Signature authentication does not need to be affixed at the end of the application.

Failure to sign the application by hand and failure to affix the date to the application, lack of a professional/training curriculum vitae that is signed by hand, of a copy of a valid ID, as well as the receipt of the application beyond the deadline, will entail the candidate being excluded from the public recruitment process, which the interested parties will be notified of via a registered letter with proof of receipt.

By submitting the application form the candidate expressly accepts the requirements of this notice without reservation.

In the application candidates must expressly declare under their own responsibility, in addition to their name and surname, the following:

a) date and place of birth;

b) place of residence;

c) to possess adequate knowledge of Italian and spoken knowledge of the following foreign languages: English and/or German;

d) physical requirements for the position;

e) possess the qualification and specific admission pre-requisites required by this announcement, with particular reference to that which is required in section i) at paragraph 1 "Obligatory pre-requisites for participation";

Within the professional curriculum - an integral part of the application - the candidate must specify: any kind of work experience that has been completed; the duration in days, months and years; the name and legal status of the employer; the assigned duties, as well as any other feature that is held to be useful in relation to the position to be filled. They must also attach a copy of any certificates that they possess which attest to their participation in training courses within the field of professional entertainment with minors recognised under regional law 76/1982.

The professional curriculum to be attached to the application must be signed and dated by the candidate, on penalty of exclusion.

The company Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA has the right to extend or reopen the deadline for the submission of applications, as well as to withdraw the public selection with reason.

3. PRESELECTION

Where ever the number of applications made it necessary, the Commission may carry out a preselection process with the purpose of limiting the number of candidates, in conformity with current regulations for corporate recruitment.

Preselection consists in the evaluation of candidates' curriculum vitae.

All candidates who have applied before the deadline will be admitted to the preselection process.

The Commission used a total of 30 points for the preselection evaluation process.

During preselection the curriculum vitae will undergo an overall evaluation with regard to the following factors:

a) the level of relevance of the work experience in regards to the duties to be carried out up to a maximum of 10 points, which will be assigned on the basis of the following allocation:

- relevance: up to 10 points;

- not relevant: 0 points

The evaluations will be carried out with preference for paid work experience in an employment relationship or with a fixed-term contract or a collaboration contract, with the experiencing being acquired through duties that are closely linked to the requests of this announcement, while working for private and/or public entities .

Statements made in the curriculum vitae will not be taken into consideration if they do not include the duties carried out by the candidate and/or the legal status of the work relationship and/or the name and legal status of the employer.

b) duration of the work experience, evaluated in terms of "relevance" as described in paragraph a) up to a maximum of 10 points to be assigned on the basis of the following allocation:

- at least 3 months, even if not continuous: 5 points

- from 3 months and 1 day to 6 months even if not continuous: 8 points

- from 6 months and 1 day to 12 months or more: 10 points

Whereever the candidate has gained work experience as indicated in section b) above with more than one employer, the relative periods will be totalled, yet in no case can the score exceed 10 points.

Statements made in the curriculum vitae will not be taken into consideration if they do not give the duration of the work relationship.

c) additional preferential elements for assigning 10 points concern:

- spoken knowledge of a foreign language in addition to English and/or German: up to 6 points;

- possession of a participation certificate for professional entertainment courses for minors recognised under regional law 76/1982: up to 4 points

The candidates who hold the first 15 places, following on from the evaluation conducted in preselection process, will pass to the selection process. All candidates with the same score as the 15th candidate will also be accepted.

Candidate notification on the outcome of the preselection process and any possible call to the subsequent test exam or exclusion in the preselection process will be published on the website of the company in a specific notice.

4. SELECTION

The identification of the professionals that will be hired for the job in question will be done in conformity with the dictates of Article 1 - entitled - "General Rules for Staff Recruitment and Selection Procedures" - in force "Regulations for Recruiting, Selecting and Placing Staff" and subsequent amendments, which has been adopted by Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA.

In particular, pursuant to what is found in Article 2, paragraphs 1 and 5, the selection process will be carried out via a comparative procedure of evaluation, taking into account the specific pre-requisites requested, the professional experience stated in the submitted curriculum vitae, as well as, subsequently, an individual interview aimed at getting to understand the candidate's motivation and abilities.

The interpersonal skills of the candidates will be evaluated (for example, the ability to adopt a communication style that is appropriate to their role, the ability to hold a conversation in a foreign language - as well as Italian, English and German, the ability to understand the needs of the Mini Club attendees, knowing how to relate to the Mini Club environment and the village and being predisposed to teamwork) and the possession of the necessary aptitudes, as well as knowledge and skills that are in line with the duties of the position to be filled. The possession of participation certificates for professional entertainment courses for minors, recognised under regional law 76/1982, would be an advantage.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of aforementioned Article 2 of the Regulations, the evaluation will be entrusted to a special commission made up of professionals that are internal and/or external to the company operational structure. 

The evaluation by the designated Commission will be carried out according to the judgement made on the basis of 20 points, which are to be assigned according to the sub-scores given below:

- poor evaluation: up to 5 points

- sufficient evaluation: up to 10 points

- good evaluation: up to 15 points

- excellent evaluation: up to 20 points.

Statements made in the curriculum vitae will not be taken into consideration if they do not include the duties carried out by the candidate and/or the legal status of the work relationship and/or the name and legal status of the employer.

Candidate notification of their acceptance for an interview or exclusion from the selection process will be published on the company website in a specific notice.

The examining Commission, based on the evaluations obtained by each candidate, will create a ranking of the suitable candidates according to the order of the points given to each one. In the instance of equal scores, the younger candidate has the advantage (Law no. 191/1998 as amended)

To be accepted to take the oral examination the candidates must have a valid ID.

Lack of attendance at the oral examination on the appointed day will be taken as a notice of withdrawal from the selection process.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF WINNERS:

The planned recruitment is arranged strictly according to the order of the competing candidates in the ranking.

Prior to being hired, the candidates that have been declared as winners will be asked by the Company to send the documents that correspond to the statements made in their application within 5 working days from the notification, subject to forfeiture.

Moreover, the validity of recruitment - which must be formalised by signing the appropriate individual employment contract, which will be scheduled in writing - is conditional on the Company acquiring the certificate of criminal records - after the interested party has given their consent - as laid done in Art. 25 of Italian Regional Presidential Decree 313/2002, regarding the obligation under Art. 2 of Italian Legislative Decree 39/2014, which introduces Art. 25-bis of aforementioned Regional Presidential Decree 313/2002, in order to verify the absence of convictions for any of the offence referred to in Articles 600-bis, 600-ter, 600-c, 600-d e 609-undecies of the Italian Penal Code, or other offences in activities involved with direct or indirect contact with minors.

The wining candidates will be hired for a trial period, as provided for by the Territorial and National Collective Employment Contracts used.

The winning candidate that does not start work within the established time without providing a justified reason will forfeit employment. Where ever the winning candidate starts working after a delay in respect to the established time, having provided a justified reason, the legal-economical aspects will come into effect from the first effective day of employment.

6. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Under Article. 13 of the "Data Protection Code" candidates shall be informed that the processing of the personal data supplied by them in the participation in the recruitment process is aimed solely for the performance of the recruitment process and the eventual establishment and management of the contract with the use of computerized procedures, in the manner and limits necessary for the above purposes and in compliance with the provisions of Art. 11 of the aforementioned Code.

Any transferral of this data to third parties is necessary to evaluate the participation pre-requisites and to verify that the self-declared qualifications are possessed. Data will be processed in accordance with professional secrecy and the principles of fairness, legality and transparency, applied as in accordance with the same Code, so as to ensure the protection of the interested party's confidentiality, except for the necessary advertising of the recruitment process pursuant to current legislations. Participants are granted the rights under Art. 7 of the Code. The data controller is Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni S.p.A.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

Access to the documentation related to the work of the examining Commission is permitted after the selection process has finished in the manner provided for by current legislation (Law no. 241/1990 as amended).
