EASY FISH Upper Adriatic Fish Festival

Lignano Sabbiadoro welcomes the “Easy Fish, the Upper Adriatic Fish Festival”.

An appointment in grand style, with a baptism carried out by starred and internationally renowned chefs.

Three days dedicated to the typical product of the area around Lignano, the fish of the Upper Adriatic.

The event is organized by Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni in collaboration with Cucinare (the fair dedicated to food and wine and technology for the kitchen at Pordenone Fiere) under the artistic direction of the journalist, writer, television presenter and author Fabrizio Nonis, with the aim of bringing together taste, tradition and creativity over just three days. At the Terrazza a Mare there will be STARS COOKING cookery show with six kitchen geniuses paying homage to the symbol fish of the coast’s culinary tradition from Friuli Venezia Giulia to the Veneto and from Croatia to Slovenia. The chefs will demonstrate the recipes using a work station specially designed by Euroinox, a local company and the event’s technical partner.

The outdoor spaces dedicated to the exhibition, the Piazzale di Terrazza a Mare and Lungomare Trieste will become a showcase of flavours and traditions of the area, with stands and street food. It will be possible to taste local specialities, from craft beers to cold meats and from cheeses to fish products, letting you discover the many food and wine companies and producers of true gastronomic specialties.

The initiative will take place starting at 18:30 and aims to respond to the growing demand for culture expressed by tourists in recent years, creating an event with writers and authors that is open to the public.
