During daytime Beach Arena turns into the ideal place for sports events: their schedule is rich and is organised in cooperation with the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro.
From July 5th to 31st a real "CITY OF SPORTS ON SAND" is going to be built, where all guests can join sports activities and free of charge sports hours held by qualified trainers, tournaments for amateurs (beach volley, soccer, rugby, tennis and foot volley), games and watch professional tournaments (beach volley, soccer and tennis).
Definitely not to be missed are the sports events that have been a fixed appointment of Lignano's summers for years:
INTERNATIONAL BEACH RUGBY CUP, organised by "Forum Iulii Rugby Club", scheduled in July 2010, on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 . The International Cup will provide also this year great and spectacular sports moments.
